This is an utility for exchanging messages in the LAN connected by Microsoft Windows machines.

This messenger has the capability of speaking to NT messenger service and also with the winpopup utility comes with Microsoft 95/98 installation. That means, the receiving person need not be using this utility. He could be using Winpopup utility, which comes along with Microsoft 95/98 or running NT service on a Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP machine.
